SHIPPING POLICY
We at Bonbella know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Orders are usually dispatched within 4-5 business days of payment of the order.

Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 6-7 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

Free shipping is available on purchases of INR 2000 and above.

The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is lost in transit by us.

We ship across India. COD is currently unavailable.

Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Currently, we only accept exchanges of products in case there is any defect or damage during shipping. We need a video of opening the parcel as proof of damage. If a buyer rejects the parcel for any reason then we are not responsible for any refunds. We have a non-returnable and non-refundable policy. In case due to any reason the parcel is returned to us, the buyer will be liable to pay extra delivery charges to get the parcel shipped again to them.

Your item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.

It should be in its original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.

The return should be initiated by the customer within 2 days of receiving the order.
NOTE:

Once we have received the item, we will initiate an exchange or we will issue a credit note for the same which will be valid for 6 Months.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than Bonbella, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.
